ARC Raiders Phantom Targets Guide with U4N Rewards Breakdown
The Phantom Targets event has brought a fresh set of challenges for players who want to explore more of what ARC Raiders offers. Many players searching for efficient progression methods are also looking into ARC Raiders BluePrints because having better equipment options can make these limited-time missions much easier to complete.
With Store Update 1.40.0 introducing the Phantom Targets Player Project, the event gives players a chance to investigate mysterious signals for Shani while completing several combat and exploration tasks. Understanding the mission routes, enemy locations, and reward system helps players avoid wasting raids and maximize their progress with ARC Raiders BluePrints.
Understanding The Phantom Targets Event
The Phantom Targets event runs from August 4, 2026, until September 6, 2026. Part 1 is currently available, while Part 2 will unlock on August 18, 2026. Unlike previous activities that focused heavily on collecting materials, this event asks players to complete specific objectives during normal raids.
The three stages introduce different gameplay styles. The first stage focuses on exploration and interaction, the second stage requires careful ARC combat preparation, and the third stage tests weapon variety and combat skills. Players who understand the mission flow can complete most objectives in fewer runs.
Stage One Cargo Elevator Antenna Route
The first mission requires players to upgrade three antennas located on top of Cargo Elevators. These structures are connected to extraction lift areas, making positioning and movement the main challenge.
Dam Battlegrounds is the recommended location because Cargo Elevators are easier to locate there. Players can also complete the objective at Riven Tides or Spaceport, but the route may take longer depending on the match situation.
A simple loadout is enough for this mission. After landing, players should focus on reaching extraction structures and climbing the diagonal framework of the elevator. The antenna can be activated from the top platform by using the interaction button.
Completing all three upgrades in one raid is possible if players move efficiently between extraction points. Avoiding unnecessary fights is usually the best approach because the mission depends more on speed than combat.
Stage Two ARC Part Damage Testing
The second stage introduces a different challenge by requiring players to use parts collected from defeated ARC machines. Players need to gather specific items and use them against stronger enemies to complete damage goals.
The required objectives include dealing 50 damage with Pop Triggers, 500 damage with Wasp Drivers, and 1,000 damage with Leaper Pulse Units. The easiest way to collect these parts is by defeating smaller ARC enemies first.
Leapers provide Leaper Pulse Units, Wasps drop Wasp Drivers, and Pop Triggers can often be found through ground caches or supply crates. Once enough parts are collected, players should search for slow but durable enemies such as Bastions or Bombarders.
These larger enemies are ideal because they survive longer and allow players to safely complete the damage requirements. Weakening them first also reduces the risk of losing progress during the mission.
Stage Three Combat Challenges And Rewards
The final stage combines several combat mechanics. Players need to deal fire damage, defeat heavy ARC units with energy weapons, and destroy flying enemies using launcher ammunition.
The Blue Gate sector is one of the best areas for this stage because it contains many flying ARC targets. For the fire damage objective, Blaze Grenades and Fireball Burners are effective choices. Players should allow the burning effect to fully apply instead of defeating enemies too quickly.
The energy weapon challenge requires killing three heavy units, including Bastions, Leapers, Vaporizers, or Rocketeers. The final hits must come from an Energy Weapon, so players should prepare their equipment before starting the mission.
The final objective requires destroying 20 flying ARC enemies with Launcher Ammo. Weapons such as Hullcracker and Rascal can help complete this task efficiently.
The Phantom Targets event provides valuable rewards, including Legendary Jupiter, Legendary Dabra, Legendary Aelion, Snap Hook, Power Descender, Horizontal Grip, and 100 Raider Tokens across all stages. These rewards can greatly improve future raids, especially for players who collect ARC Items and want stronger setups for difficult encounters.
Players who want to continue improving their inventory and prepare for upcoming challenges may also consider ways to buy ARC Items that fit their preferred playstyle. Having better equipment options allows more flexibility when approaching new missions and combat situations.
